When the heating stops, you want someone who will come out, find the fault and fix it. You speak to a real engineer, not a call centre, and we arrange a visit as soon as we can, subject to availability.

We aim to fix most faults on the first visit. Warranties on parts and work vary by product and circumstances.

There is no separate call-out fee. Investigating and diagnosing a fault is charged at our labour rates, with a minimum charge of one hour. Once we know what is wrong, what we quote for the repair is what you pay.

Before you call: a quick check

If the boiler has stopped and a light is showing on the burner, it's worth checking there is oil in the tank. If there is, try the red lockout reset button on the burner. Grant, one of the main oil boiler manufacturers, advises trying this only a couple of times. If the burner still won't light, call us on 07973 636886.
