5. Pricing and Payment

• All quotes are provided free of charge
• Pricing is fixed and agreed before work commences
• No call-out fees for emergency services
• Payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, cheque, and bank transfer
• VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable

6. Guarantees and Warranties

• All repair work carries a 12-month guarantee
• Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties
• Installation work is guaranteed for 2 years
• Guarantees cover workmanship and do not cover normal wear and tear

7. Health and Safety

All work is carried out by OFTEC certified engineers in accordance with current safety regulations. Customers must provide safe access to equipment and inform us of any known hazards.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur charges to cover costs already incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of work performed. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
